These are inspirsed by my trip to Maui over the summer. Our family had a slice of Hula Pie almost everynight and it was to die for! This is a vanilla cupcake  with an oreo crumble bottom filled with maccadamia nut ice creaam and topped with a whipped cream frosting. Can't forget the chocolate ganache and crushed maccadamis nuts! These have to be kept frozen until eaten due to the ice cream inside.
